(English) Rococo Furniture Styling

      Rococo is an art style that is simple yet very elegant. For today's blog I'm going to be restyling one of our home furniture with the Rococo style.

Note: Since I didn't have the permission to restyle or to decorate any of our home furniture and I also have some difficulties editing it on Adobe Photoshop, I went with drawing it by hand. Sorry for the Inconvenience, Please Enjoy ✌️😅

The Process

      Well for today's process video since I have consumed only a bit of time and have properly fit the video to this webpage, Here is a very simple synopsis. First, I started sketching the outline and emphasising the outline with a balloon. Second, I started coloring. Third, I fit in some few more designs and details, and that's about it.

     As you can see the this artwork is very plain and simple. Well, since this art style doesn't base on a dark, horrid, or terrifying theme, but a simple and jolly one. So I made this artwork be related to the theme simplicity is beauty.

     Kung makikita niyo man sa larawan na Ito ay isang dalagang babae. Siya ang isa sa mga tao na aking natulungan. Siya si Benj Alexie Gabrielle A. Antonio, Ang aking nakababatang kapatid. 

     Lagi ko siyang tinulungan sa kaniyang mga problema, tulad nalang ng kanyang mga takdang aralin, na kung saan ipinapaliwanag ko sa kanya kung ano ang ibig sabihin at kung ano dapat ang gagawin. Ako din ang tumutulong sa kanya basta magsho-shooting man siya ng bidyo. Nangako ako sa aking magulang na dapat lagi kaming nagtutulungan buong pamilya. Dahil kakatung-tong lamang niya sa high school at nakikita ko na nahihirapan siya dahil na rin sa panahon ngayon ng pandemya, dapat ay kailangan talaga niya ng alalay. Naalala ko din noon nong napilay Ang kanyang paa dahil nadaganan ito ng malaking bisikleta na sinusubukan niyang sakyan. Tinulungan ko siya sa pag galing niya sa gamit ng pagdadala ng tubig at pagkain sa kanya, pagpapatawa sa kanya, at sa pagsusuporta sa kanya sa pagsubok na kanyang dinadaanan.

     Sa kabuoan, Ang aking kapatid ay isa sa mga tao na aking natulungan. Masaya ako kapag ako ay nakaka-alay ng tulong sa iba. Hindi lamang ako nakakatulong sa isang tao kundi na rin sa marami.

(English) Baby Steps to British Accent

    Ahhh... British Accent, one of the most exquisite accents that I have ever heard. It really sounds fancy when you try to speak with it. For this blog... It's pretty self explanatory here is a video about me trying to attempt reading with the use of the British Accent.

   After the video, I realized that it is fun to learn and use this kind of accent. It might be challenging in some parts, but that's what is essential about it. Now I am more interested in learning on how to use this language.

     Hey there! Welcome to my blog today I'm gonna be making an artwork that contains the four painting modes of the renaissance namely the Sfumato, Unione, Chiaroscuro, and the Cangiante.

     

     I was happy to hear this when we were assigned, because I thought of this as an opportunity to finally practice my coloring and to fill my empty sketchbook. Well, things turned out not as quite as what I have expected but, anyways enjoy!

The Process

     In the first clip, I started to do a light outline of my artwork.

     In the second clip, I begin to darken the edges a bit to emphasize or at least to make me see the edges of my artwork.

     In the third clip, I start to color the edges of the artwork. I also start to make the man sitting on a rock with the application of the Chiaroscuro technique.

     In the fourth clip, I start to color the kid's face with the use of the Sfumato technique. Turns it out it didn't come out as what I expected it to be. It became dirty due to the fact that I accidentally rubbed the dark color to the face.

     In the fifth clip, I did some things off cam like coloring the mountains using the Chiaroscuro technique again, and I have also colored the kid's outfit with color green on the top and yellow at the bottom. In the video I start to color the sun with the Unione technique by leaving a huge color of white in the middle and just coloring the sides with a bit of yellow. I also colored the sky using the last technique that I haven't used yet, The Cangiante technique. I have done that technique by over laying orange over the ends of yellow, a bit of red over the ends orange, putting the purple/violet color in between the blue color for a beautiful blending effect.

     In the sixth and final clip, I start to finish my artwork by coloring a bit of the clouds to get a good sunset effect and by coloring the patches of grass near the people.

The Outcome

     So this is the final output. It has no name or no title (If you want to suggest a name for it kindly let me know in the comments below). Please take it lightly I'm just a beginner.

     Ayon kay Edmund Hillary na "If you really want to do something, you will work hard for it". Talagang makukuha mo talaga Ang iyong ninanais kung paghihirapan mo ito. Tulad ng aking ina, gusto niyang mabuhay kaming buong pamilya araw-araw. Dahil marami siyang ginagawang trabaho araw-araw, sinubukan kong gawin ang mga gawaing bahay para sa kanya. Kaya't binigyan ko siya ng day off para makapahinga siya.

     Akala ko madali lang ang mga ginagawa niya, pero ang dami dami nga pala ng kanyang gawain araw-araw. Kaya't ako ay nagpakatapang at nagsipag, mabuti nga at nagawa ko ang iyong lahat ng kaunti lamaang na pahinga. Gumising ako ng maaga at pagkatapos kong mag-ayos ng kama, nagsaing kaagad ako at nagluto, kahit ako man ay inaantok tiniis ko nalang ito. Naglinis din ako ng bahay, nagdilig, nagluto, at nagtupi at nagsampay ng mga damit. Mahirap talaga ang mga bagay, pati na Ang gawaing bahay. 

     Sa lahat ng aking ginawa, nakita ko talaga kung ano ang kagustuhan ng aming ina para sa amin (ang buhayin kami). Tinitiis niya talaga ang lahat ng pagod at pinaghihirapan niya talaga ang pagawa ng gawaing bahay para sa amin. Ngayon ay mas nagustohan ko nang tumulong sa kanya. Nagpapasalamat ako sa kanya dahil ang saya-saya kong mabuhay araw-araw.
